Infant (6 weeks to 18 months)
5 Full Days - 8:45 am - 3:15 pm Monday - Friday
Toddler (18 months - 3 years)
3 Half Day Program - 8:45 - 11:45 am Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
3 Full Day Program - 8:45 am - 3:15 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
5 Full Day Program - 8:45 am - 3:15 pm Monday - Friday
Primay (3 - 6 years)
5 Half Day Program - 8:45 - 11:45 am Monday - Friday
5 Full Day Program - 8:45 am - 3:15 pm Monday - Friday
Lower Elementary (1st - 3rd grades)
8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Upper Elementary (4th - 6th grades)
8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Middle School (7th and 8th grades)
8:30 am - 3:30 pm
High School (9th - 12th grades)
8:25 am - 3:30 pm
How to Apply
Please note we are no longer accepting applications at the Infant, Toddler , Primary Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary & Middle School levels for the 2024-25 school year. Online applications for the 2025-26 school year are currently open.
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Once the application has been submitted you will not be able to make changes to the application yourself.
If you have completed an application previously and have an account, please use the Application tab at the top of this screen (above and to the right of the Oak Farm Montessori School logo) to complete & submit a new application.
A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.
